Design should be for everyone!

Residential, Commercial, Event, and Retail Styling

Katie Baltz Designs charges a flat hourly fee of $50/hour for all shopping, sourcing, and research.  If we are in the same city  (Jacksonville, FL) and you'd like us to style it personally, we can do that too - pricing may vary.

Customized Shopping
Starting at $50/hour:

If you just need an item or two for a particular room (i.e. what art do I get when I love ALL art?!?!?), that's where customized shopping comes in! If you need help with any more specific elements (hanging a gallery wall, putting together furniture, etc...) we start at $65/hr.  Pretty awesome considering it's totally hands-off for you!
Celebratory cocktails not included.

Home Staging
$250 flat rate

Getting ready to sell your home?  Need to stage, organize, and find the right style for the listing photos and the open House?  Then this is the option for you!  We will come to your home and figure out what stays in and what goes out to the garage/storage.  We will give you ideas on rearranging  and how to make the home appeal to a broad spectrum of buyers.  We will also send you a list of what we discussed and any other options that may help with your sale.  If you need to rent furniture/art pricing varies.

Room-by-Room Design Proposals

Imagine a digital catalogue, customized for your awesome space. This option starts with a free consultation and design questionnaire.  This is how we both get to know your style - are you Mid Century Modern through and through or is there a bit of Bohemian mixed in? From there you will get a packet filled with a color palette, rugs, furniture, lighting, and accessories.  At the very end of the packet there will be links to all the items for easy purchase options.

Upgrade to $250/room and you will also get overhead design plan as to where each item goes.  If there is a specific wall display, you will also get a visual look at the wall.  You will have to do some measuring on this one though, but it is totally worth it!
